First draft of double page spread

This is the first draft of my double page spread. One thing that I need to definitely change is the font of the article. It is a bit too small and blurry.  I think one problem is that the heading is too far down. It is half-way down the page the so that doesn't leave much room for the rest of the article.  I need to think about the background I have chose. I chose a brick wall as I thought it suited the indie rock genre. I think it does look effective having this background however I am not so sure that it makes it harder to read the text. In my next draft I will think more carefully about the font, layout and background.
