Planning- Coming up with a title

I like the idea of calling my magazine something short and sharp. From my research I have found that some magazines have the title that is just a combination of letters. For example NME, Q, AP. For an indie rock magazine having a short title with letters is a clever idea. It is very much to the point and also it offers some ambiguity. I feel for an indie rock magazine ambiguity is a good idea. Indie music is about being different and expressive.
Here is some  ideas of titles that I could use that are letters:
IR- To stand for Indie rock. This is a really simple idea, which is why it could work as a title for an indie rock magazine
U This is similar to Q magazine. I did not know what Q stood for but when I did researched it I found that it stood for Quieten. The maker of Q magazine is Quieten Richardson. If you did not know this Q magazine could stand for anything. If I used U as a magazine title it could stand for whatever the reader wanted. Each reader could interpret it differently. I think of unique or unusual but really it could be anything.

I also need to think about names that are words not letters. The title needs to be something that would give connotations of indie rock. Some examples could be:
ALTERN8 - This is a way of calling my magazine alternate. By using an 8 instead of ate. This just makes it a little bit more different. This does connote indie rock because indie rock is like alternative music and it is different.
Diverse - When I looked at the definition of indie rock, the word diverse is in the definition.

After surveying a group of people and speaking to a focus group,  I found that the most popular name for my magazine is:

IR
